Payment Methods & Processing

To ensure a convenient and flexible shopping experience, we accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards processed through Stripe and Google Pay, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) options. For online orders, payment is securely processed at checkout. For Cash on Delivery orders, no online payment is required at checkout; you will pay the total amount in cash to the delivery personnel upon successful receipt and inspection of your furniture at your doorstep.

Processing & Transit Time

Our team begins preparing your order immediately after confirmation. Since we focus on quality, our estimated timelines are as follows:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Transit Duration: 5–8 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 6–11 business days.

Delivery Logistics

Please note that for large furniture items, someone must be physically present at the shipping address to receive, inspect, and sign for the delivery. Our delivery team will bring items to the ground floor or curbside access point.
